When placed near a sound source such as an alarm clock, telephone, baby's cry, or doorbell chimes, the device converts the sound to a flashing light or vibration using a lamp or bed vibrator (not included) which can be plugged directly into the unit. POWER: Uses regular household alternating current (AC). WARRANTY: One year.
