Picture of PLAYGROUND LANGUAGE KIT PLUS (MODEL LK-TP) The Playground Language Kit Plus, model LK-TP, is a personal skills and language tutorial program designed for use by children with cognitive or communication disabilities. This program introduces students to appropriate behavior and rules on the playground, and may be used for reinforcement when recess is finished. Concepts include waiting in line, turn-taking, no hitting or kicking, and sharing. The kit includes a book written with limited vocabulary, repetitive lines, and Mayer-Johnson Picture Communication Symbols; an interactive computer book that combines text, pictures, speech and sound; a songboard, word cards, and vocabulary games; and reproducible writing worksheets.
