(Verified 06/2006) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Dual Switch Latching Interface connects between single switches and a battery operated devices such as a toy, radio or tape recorder to change the operation of the switch. When connected, the Dual Switch latching interface causes the switch to operate in an on/off fashion. Two separate and independent devices may be controlled from two different switches. Each input requires a 3.5mm mini-phone plug connector. Each output requires a 3.5mm mini-phone plug connector which is then connected to the device to be controlled. POWER: 9 volt battery. DIMENSIONS: 4.3 x 2.7 x 1.3 inches. WEIGHT: 5.4 ounces.

Bloorview Kids Rehab assesses and treats children born with disabilities and special needs and those who acquire disabilities through serious illness or accidents. Children with complex disabilities access services at Bloorview on an inpatient or ambulatory basis according to their needs. Bloorview offers inpatient, outpatient and day patient services in three main program groupings – Child Development, Community, and Rehab and Complex Continuing Care.
