The kit includes 25 booklets (5 booklets per title), 5 English or Spanish audio cassette tapes (1 per title) for parents who may have difficulty reading, a trainer's guide that explains the kit to parents and teachers, and a self-contained carrying package. TITLES: The five sections of this kit are Nutrition, Dental Health, The Food Groups, Rest and Exercise, and Healthy Habits.
