-------- PROTOTYPE --------- PURPOSE: To design a prototype smart phone for individuals who are blind or with visual impairment. Voim, which means “seeing” in Korean, is a cell phone concept for individuals who are blind or have low vision. Voim is a cellular telephone and electronic navigation aid (GPS) that features voice input functionality and a braille display with a silicon screen.
