The Hamilton Iso-Quadron, model NK 73, is a leg exerciser designed to exercise the knee and quadriceps. The Hamilton Iso-Quadron utilizes short arc exercises to elicit hamstring reinforcement of quadriceps muscles. The range of motion is increased in conjuction with terminal extension strength and hamstring reinforcement. It can be used to test hamstring strength, provide passive stretching of weakened, damaged or post surgical knees, for compression isometrics or for lengthening contractions. The unit consists of a laminated mounting board with a stationary leg positioner connected to a pivot with a movable leg pad and a weight carrying arm. The arms are chrome plated and the leg pads are covered with naugahyde. It is completely adjustable for use by children or adults. DIMENSIONS: 24 x 24 x 23 inches high. CAPACITY: 100 pounds; it uses any size disc weight with a one-inch hole. WEIGHT: Carrying weight is 28 pounds.
