The Limber Ladder, ##8670, is a shoulder ladder and arm exerciser for back and shoulder stretches. The ladder is made of polypropylene rope with high strength chlorine resistant, tubular plastic rungs. The ladder can be used for water workouts in the pool (the ladder will float if dropped), or for warm up exercise routines to increase flexibility. The 2 ladder sections can be interlocked for additional exercise applications. DIMENSIONS: Each section is 26 inches long. COLOR: Yellow and tan.
