(Verified 8/1999) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Power Plus TES 1002 Adjustable Hi/Lo Pulley is a nautilus weight machine for individuals who use a wheelchair. It can be used for Rehabilitation Hospitals, Health Clubs, Sports Medicine and Home; and is ideal in that it can be used by both wheelchair users and non-wheelchair users, from chronic care type patients to the sports enthusiasts. It has a five pin select weight stacks that surround the user with pulleys arranged to allow a wide variety of exercises that are important for illness or injury recovery. The system provides workouts for all parts of the body including chest, arms, shoulders, neck, upper and lower back, abdominals and legs. Each weight stack has a Counter Weight Balance allowing every exercise and functional movement pattern to originate as low as one pound resistance. The frame is made of heavy duty 12 gauge steel and the cable is coated in heavy duty nylon. The adjustable pulley system offers a minimum of 40 physical therapy exercises; and comes complete with overhead lat, special webbing straps and a bench for various disabilities and injuries. The system is available with or without wheelchair and user lock safety features. OPTIONS: The Power Plus Leg Curl/Leg Extension combo bench will attach to the exterior of the frame for additional leg exercises. It is available for $425.00.
