(Verified 10/2008) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Perceptual Motor Program, model PC 4930, is a set of a pegboard and two form boards designed to promote development of eye-hand coordination, visual perception, and motor coordination in individuals with upper extremity and neurological disabilities. The set includes a program manual, the Cylinder Pegboard with 24 pegs, the Geometric Shape Form Board with four shapes, and the Circle Board with five circles in increasing size. COLOR: The pegs are painted four different colors. The geometric shapes and circles are painted red, yellow, blue, and green.

Notes: The Pegboard and each of the form boards are also sold individually.
