Picture of TIE TECH 700 SERIES RESTRAINT SYSTEM The Tie Tech 700 Series Restraint System is a wheelchair restraint system designed to provide secure tie down for people who travel in wheelchairs in vehicles. The system includes tracks that mount securely to the floor of any vehicle. The torso harness straps and lap strap attach independently to the tracks, behind the passenger and then snap together in the front, forming one unit. Wheelchair straps, two on each side to form a four-point system, attach from the wheelchair to the tracks in front of the passenger on vehicle floor. Three models have adjustable tracks at one-inch increments. Model 70040-A has a stanchion mounted directly to floor and comes with an optional adjustable head rest. Model 70040 has a removable stanchion and headrest. Model 70045 is the complete system without the stanchion and headrest. Model 70046 is a complete system with a short shoulder harness and no stanchion.
