--- DISCONTINUED. RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Manual Motion is an add-on power unit designed to provide sport manual wheelchair users with speed, power, and exercise with less effort and more comfort by converting the chair into a lever driven chair. The unit consists of two independent levers which, when pushed forward, force a chain around a sprocket attached to the wheel, and rolls the chair forward. The power stroke can be changed from pushing to pulling on the levers. Pulling back when set to push strokes acts to brake. Speed is adjustable. The entire unit detaches instantly when not in use.
