Front caster wheels, 8 inch diameter, pneumatic tires. Solid upholstered and padded seat and back. Dynamic brakes. Footrests: fixed. Armrests: fixed. Seat back: full reclining, electrically powered. For maneuvering, wheelchair is large. Transport and storage is difficult. Wheelchair elevates electrically. Twelve volt battery. Maximum speed, 8 mph. For use indoors and outdoors. Free wheeling capability. Belt and chain drive system. Joy stick control, proportional or variable speed control. Requires fair hand and arm function.
