(Verified 8/2011) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Talking Clock with 3 Alarm Sounds, model 63-963, is a voice output alarm clock designed for use by individuals who are blind or have low vision. The alarm can be set to a choice of rooster crow, chirp, or cuckoo. A friendly voice announces the time hourly or when a button is touched. Other features include high/low chime/announcement volume; separate buttons with voice output for setting hours and minutes; LED (light emitting diode) display with backlight; indicators for alarm-on and snooze. POWER: Uses two double-A batteries. COLORS: Green LED display backlight.
