(Verified 2/2000) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Baby's Book and Neo Nook are perceptual training activities for infants and older children with physical and learning disabilities. Both models consist of three acrylic panels are linked together to hold a variety of visually stimulating pictures that could include book illustrations, pictures of familiar people, reflective foil, drawings or black and white geometric shapes. The book nook encourages physical development in young children by motivating them to reach toward the pictures and hold themselves up, looking side to side. Both models include three black and white visual stimulation cards. Baby's Book Nook is designed for use with children from birth to 6 months of age or for older children with disabilities. The Neo Nook is designed for use with children weighing less than 12 pounds and is sized to fit a bassinet. DIMENSIONS: The Baby's Book Nook folds to 1/3 its open size for storage. The unit is fabricated of .25 inch acrylic.
