Ring Around Bells, model 23 and 23-8, is a specially adapted toy that can be activated with any Toys for Special Children capability switch (see separate entries) for children with physical, sensory or cognitive disabilities. The brightly colored toy features eight musical bells that twirl on a horizontal wheel. The eight musical tones are produced as each bell stikes a fixed mallet. The bells can also be played manually with a hand-held mallet (included with toy).
