The Vibrating Light is a touch-activated toy designed to encourage children with upper extremity, neurological, and cognitive disabilities to reach out. When the textured plate is pressed, it lights up and vibrates. Model 459 also includes music. The unit can be placed on a tanle or lapboard or mounted on the wall.
