The Jumbo Keyed Amplified Telephone with Voice Activated No-Touch Answering, model HD50JV, is a voice activated large button amplifier telephone designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities or who are deaf or hard of hearing. The handset has up to 40 decibels (dB) of amplification. An "AMPLIFY" key remembers the handset volume setting. Sound can be adjusted with four digital tone control settings. Voice-activated answering enables the user to answer incoming calls without touching the phone. The phone has a talking keypad and controls and is hearing aid compatible. The user can choose between English, Francais, & Espanol The phone has a loud ringer and a dual flasher (front and side). Other features include speakerphone; three one-touch and ten two-touch speed dial memory settings; and hold with indicator. POWER: Battery back-up on base requires 4 AA batteries (not included).
