(Verified 00/2012) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Big Loud Telephone is an amplified telephone designed to provide sound enhancement to persons with hearing disabilities. The phone is hearing aid compatible and will increase the volume by more than 18 dB. It has a specially designed big, soft, donut-shaped earpiece that helps reduce feedback from in-the-ear hearing aids.
