Picture of BUTCHER BLOCK END GRAIN BEECHWOOD CHEESE SLICER (MODEL BB-120) The Butcher Block End Grain Beechwood Cheese Slicer, model BB-120, is a cheese slicer designed for use by individuals with upper extremity, fine motor, or grasping disabilities. This unit consists of a beechwood cutting board with a built-in cutting arm. When the arm is lowered, the stainless steel cutting wire slices through the cheese. The board is equipped with non-slip rubber feet. The cutting wire is replaceable. OPTIONS: Replacement cutting wires are available. DIMENSIONS(LxW): 9.5 x 6 inches. COLOR: Natural beechwood board with a butcher block grain and a bright chrome cutting arm and handle. WARRANTY: The cutting wire has a lifetime warranty against breakage.
