(Verified 08/2005)RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Dialogue ER is an amplified telephone and emergency alert system designed for use by individuals who are hard of hearing. In an emergency, the telephone automatically dials pre-set help numbers (911, neighbors, friends, relatives, or a professional monitoring facility) until a connection is made. Up to six contacts can be pre-set at one time, and the wireless remote allows for calls to be made from up to 80 feet away. It also features an Adjustable Tone Control (ATC) that allows for the selection of various amplification levels to ensure that every word is heard as cleaarly as possible. Advanced noise reduction technology also filters out background noise and static for superior sound quality. A powerful amplifier increases the incoming voice volume up to over 30 decibels (30 times); the outgoing voice can also be amplified. This phone also offers six photo speed dial memory buttons. WARRANTY: This product has a limitied one-year manufacturer's warranty.
