The Palm Com, model 3068, is a direct selection communicator designed for use by individuals with cognitive or communication disabilities. This communicator can be used in the palm of the hand, clipped to a belt, or attached to a refrigerator or wall. It can also be used alone or in sets. Features include 10 seconds of recording time; belt clip, magnet, and key ring connector on back; on/off switch; and volume control. The unit can be re-recorded as needed. POWER: Uses 3 triple-A batteries. DIMENSIONS (LxWxH): 2.25 x 4.75 x 1.25 inches. The activation area is 1.25 inches.
