The Big Eye Two Arm Floor Lamp, model 3518, is a magnifying lens on stand with light designed for use by individuals with low vision. This lamp combines a high intensity light on a flexible gooseneck arm with a distortion-free lens with 2X magnification on a separate gooseneck arm. Mounted on a telescoping height-adjustable base, the lamp uses a 40-watt high intensity bulb (included). OPTIONS: An optional lens booster attachment is available for increased visual acuity up to 5X magnification. High Intensity replacement bulbs are also available. DIMENSIONS: The height adjusts from 30 to 60 inches. The flexible gooseneck arm with the lamp is 14 inches long; and the gooseneck arm with the magnifying lens 18 inches long. The lens is 5 inches in diameter. COLOR: Silver with a black base.
