The Rifton Stationary Chair, model R613, is a positioning chair designed for individuals 53 to 72 inches tall with mild physical or neurological disabilities. Intended for individuals who can walk with assistance and do not need a chair on wheels, this chair enables the child to sit properly positioned with feet on the floor (or with the footboard at floor level). The Stationary Chair comes with the chair frame, and a choice of the low backrest with armrests and pads or the high backrest with armrests and pads. The seat depth is adjustable, and there is the option of seat tilt or seat spring action. The contoured seat is height adjustable. The seat and backrest include pads and a hip strap that clips into the chair at a variety of positions to meet user needs. The armrests are removable and individually height- and angle-adjustable. OPTIONS: Headrest, trunk support, tray, handhold for tray, additional side pads, leg abductor, leg prompts, footboard, sandals, and pair of wedges. DIMENSIONS: The chair frame is 23.5 inches wide. The seat width is 17 inches, and the back height is 19 (low) or 24 (high) inches. The seat height above the floor adjusts from 15 to 18.5 inches and the seat depth adjusts from 15 to 20 inches. CAPACITY: Maximum user weight is 200 pounds. COLOR: The chair is natural wood. The pads are available in a choice of burgundy or tan.
