The Assist-A-Tray is a transfer aid and a swiveling tray for an armchair or sofa designed for use by individuals with balance or mobility disabilities. The unit features a sturdy, ergonomically designed handle for assistance when getting in or out of a sitting position and a multi-use swivel tray with cup holder and utensil compartment. The unit can be used on the right or left side of a chair or couch and the base slides underneath the furniture. The base has four feet with rubber pads to ensure stability and protect floors. The tray supports up to 30 pounds. DIMENSIONS: The handle adjusts from 34 to 40 inches high and the tray adjusts from 26 to 32 inches high. The handle is 6 x 6 x 1.25 inches in diameter.
