The Extension Headrest, model 72, is designed for use with wheelchairs with push handles. The unit attaches to the wheelchair push handles with bracckets (included) to extend the back upholstery to form the headrest extension. DIMENSIONS: Adds 18 inches to the wheelchair back height.
