Picture of SOUNDPLUS TV INFRARED LISTENING SYSTEM (MODEL WIR 237) The SoundPlus TV Infrared Listening System, model WIR 237, is an infrared personal amplification system designed for use by individuals who are hard of hearing. This system can be used for television or music listening, in meetings or offices, and in other small group listening applications. For stereo operation, the system connects directly to a TV, VCR, or DVD equipped with standard audio output jacks. The system features a WIR RX237 receiver and a 3.5-millimeter jack. The user can plug in a variety of stereo or mono earphone, headphone, or neckloop accessories. The receiver´s on/off switch is built into the unit's jack. POWER: Uses a 200 mA Class II wall transformer (included). DIMENSIONS (HxLxW): 1.25 x 6.25 x 3.25 inches. WEIGHT: 5.1 ounches. COLOR: Gray.
