The Electone All in the Ear Hearing aids can accommodate a wide variety of hearing losses. Four position gain trimmer allows adjustable gain setting by clinician. Adjustable venting system allows clinician to change vent size. Venting helps to cut low frequency amplification. Shells are custom made from the user's impression and made with non allergenic acrylic.
