This exerciser can accommodate a wheelchair or other stable seating and has both upper and lower pedals. Because the arm and leg pedal cranks turn in unison, the stronger extremities turn the pedal cranks and the weaker limbs are assisted by the motion, providing range of motion exercise for the limbs unable to actively participate in the exercise.
