The Positex Positioning Shim is a head positioner and positioning wedge designed to provide neck support while supine and to reduce patellar pressure while prone. The device can also be used under the thighs during quad exercises. Made of soft foam covered in vinyl, the wedge can be folded to double the height. COLOR: Blue.
