Molded plastic quad cuff steering spinner provides rigid support for wrist and hand. For persons lacking tensor control and need wrist support. Attaches securely to steering wheel with ball bearing cast aluminum base. No locking pin; hand can be lifted out if necessary. Driver must be able to position hand in devices. Fastens around arm with velcro prethreaded through loop. Slight pressure secure hand and wrist in place.
