Aero Access is a public transport van designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. The van has a folding ramp at entry and space for up to eight wheelchairs. Other features include a Freightliner FB 65 chassis; Cummings ISB 5.9 liter diesel engine; Allison Model 2000 transmission; front wheel drive; Double Cardan steering joint; tilt hood/fender for easy engine access; independent, rear air suspension; welded steel uni-frame construction; 60 gallon fuel capacity; and fluorescent lighting in the passenger area.
