« Previous ProductThe Top End Racer is a three-wheeled racing wheelchair designed to allow people with mobility disabilities to participate in marathons and other racing events. The chair includes its own tool kit. FRAME: The rigid T-frame constructed of 6061 T6 aircraft aluminum alloy is available in open V-cage or I-cage. The upper and lower frame width is available in one inch increments from 11 to 15 inches. The overall length varies from 36 inches to 62 inches. The chair features a chrome-moly fork with compensator system with track stops to ensure maximum speed on turns. SEAT: The seat height in the front can be four or five inches. The rear seat height can be three or four inches. UPHOLSTERY: Adjustable upholstery and straps included. CUSHION: Included. BRAKES: Included. WHEELS: Two rear 70 centimeter or 26 inch wheels with 24 to 36 spokes with clincher tires and one 14 or 16 inch front wheel with a tubular tire. Axle positions are adjustable. The rear wheels include 3/8 inch, 14 pegged taped aluminum pushrims. Tubular wheels and tire-coated pushrims are also available. FOOTRESTS: A footplate with attaching strap is standard. A fixed footplate is also available. OPTIONS: Vetta cordless computer, extra straps, racing accessories, helmet, custom paint, and others. WEIGHT: 12 to 15 pounds with footplate.
