The EC+ Extra Care Bariatric Transport Chair, model 6850, is a powered transport chair and stretcher designed for use by individuals with obesity and mobility, neurological, or severe physical disabilities. It converts from a chair to a stretcher in order to facilitate transport and transfers. FRAME: In stretcher position, height is adjustable from 24.5 to 32.5 inches. Overall greatest width is 33.5 inches. There is a full width push handle. CONTROLS: Electric operation with pendant controls. SEAT (WxD): 29. 5 x 22 inches. height from floor to top of seat cushion, 24 inches; back height from seat, 28.5 inches. CUSHION: 4-inch high density seat & back cushion. UPHOLSTERY: Low shear cover. ARMRESTS: Removable side rails / armrests. BRAKES: Four wheel central locking system. CASTERS: Four 8-inch diameter easy glide all surface casters. FOOTRESTS: Independent elevating leg rests. POWER: Integral battery charger. the battery lasts 12 cycles before it needs charging. CAPACITY: 850 pounds.
