The Stepping Out Resouce File, model ST-04Q, is an independent living skills tutorial designed to teach community-based life skills in the classroom and in the community to students with cognitive disabilities. The file covers 30 community outings from public transportation to banking. Each outing includes a take-along checklist with step-by-step analysis for assessment and training. Included are 47 reproducible masters with outing assessment cards, student appearance forms, site analysis forms, progress reports.
