Picture of FLASH CARDS - ALPHABET Flash Cards - Alphabet is an auditory perceptual training program, a flash card program and a language, reading, spelling and vocabulary tutorial program designed for use by parents and teachers working with children with low vision, learning, communication, cognitive or hearing disabilities or autism. This application (or app) allows a parent or teacher to use an Apple iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch to teach children new words, build vocabulary and convey new concepts. The app contains 26 flash cards, each with audio and text explaining the meaning of the image on each card. The app helps a child or student to navigate through the alphabet by pairing an images of a word with the word and the word's first letter, such as a picture of "mittens" with the letter "m." Flash cards can be shown in order or shuffled, sound can be turned off, and the app can be used by both visual and auditory learners. COMPATIBILITY: For use with the Apple iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: Apple iOS 2.2.1 or later.
