The SlimBlade Trackball, model K72327US, is a track ball desinged for use by individuals with limited dexterity. This unit has three user-selectable modes: (1) navigation mode controls the cursor and scrolling; (2) media mode controls volume, play/pause, stop, and track forward/backward in music and other media; and (3) view mode zooms in/out and pans in pictures and documents. In all functional modes, the user controls the functions by moving the ball with the fingertips or palm. The unit connects to a computer through a USB 2.0 port. A heads-up display on the monitor shows which application the user in and which function is being performed. COMPATIBILITY: For use on IBM and compatible personal computers (PC) and Macintosh computers. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: PCs require Windows Vista or XP operating system. Mac computers require Mac OS X operating system. COLOR: Black and silver with red ball. WARRANTY: 5 years.
