Picture of MEDICTAG MedicTag is a medical identification tag designed for use by seniors or individuals with disabilities who are at risk for medical emergencies. The tag fits on a keychain and includes a computer chip that records the user's medical history, medications, allergies, emergency contacts, and other relevant information. To enter information, the device is plugged into a computer's USB port, which automatically opens a medical information form. After the information is entered and saved, it can be read by plugging the device again into a computer USB port. COMPATIBILITY: For use on Windows compatible computers. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: Windows XP, Vista or 7 operating system, Microsoft Word to fill out the information form, and Microsoft Wordpad to read the information form.
