-- Discontinued. Verified 7/2012. Retained in database for reference. -- The Cable Cane, model 5303, is a folding travel cane designed to assist blind or low vision individuals walk safely. The cane folds in 6 parts with a plastic-sheathed stainless steel cable system. The handle has a nonslip nylon coated pistol grip and an adjustable strap. The cane is white epoxy painted with a durable red nylon tip. The shaft sections are made of aluminum tubing. A reflector model is also available. DIMENSIONS: Folds to 10 inches; available in open lengths of 34 to 60 inches.
