Cepstral Text-to-Speech (TTS) Voices is a voice synthesizer program designed for use by individuals who are blind or have low vision. From one to 14 synthetic voices are available for six languages (US English, UK English, Italian, Canadian French, German, and Americas Spanish) and five platforms. COMPATIBILITY: For use on Apple Macintosh or IBM and compatible computers. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: Mac OS X, Windows, Windows CE, Linux, or Solaris operating system.

Notes: A free trial version is available on the manufacturer's Web site. ** The price listed is for a single user license for one voice on one platform. An Audio Distribution License (ADL) that provides rights to publish audio created using a Cepstral voice is available for $199.95 per voice.
