ETI-Eloquence is a speech synthesizer program designed for use by product designers to provide speech output for individuals who are blind or have low vision or learning disabilities. This program supports speaking rate modifications with no loss in speech quality. It has a fast execution speed and low memory requirements. Memory size is independent of the number of voices used, so the software can be used to create a multi-voice speech application without additional memory resources. The program is available in 13 languages: US English, UK English, Castilian Spanish, Mexican Spanish, Canadian French, French, German, Italian, Finnish, Brazilian Portuguese, Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
