The Tub Grab Bar, model 564232 is a U-shaped grab bar designed for use by individuals with balance or lower extremity or mobility disabilities. This economy tub bar provides two gripping surfaces. The upper gripping position is intended to assist in entering the tub without use of wrist or body, and the lower position is designed to assist in lowering into or rising from a seated position in the tub. It has an adjustable locking mechanism for stable positioning. This molded bar is lightweight, portable, and waterproof. Non-marring pads are also included to protect the wall of the tub.
