« Previous Product Next Product »The Special Needs Shower, model XST 6337 BF 1.25 WW, is a controlled environment shower with built-in grab bar and seat designed for use with individuals with Alzheimer's Disease. The 24-inch wing wall design allows the toilet or vanity to be closer to the shower, creates a splash-free cove, and defines the space for user security. Controls are out of reach or completely outside of the shower on the wing wall. Contrasting color bars provide further definition and assist visual depth perception. Optional contrasting walls and floor provide further definition and assist visual depth perception. This model offers a six- inch tile finish with diamond accents, a textured slip-resistant floor, soap/shampoo ledges, and a leg ledge. Steel plate reinforcements are standard for thermoplastic over steel grab bars. The included handshower kit has nylon-reinforced hoses. The grab bars are available in a choice of textured or Fisher Shur-grip styles. Seats are available in padded, HDPE Plastic, Phenolic Slat, Phenolic Solid, and Hewi. Control valves from Symmons, Delta, Moeens, and Powers provide water and pressure control. DIMENSIONS (HxDxW): 81.5 x 38.5 x 63 inches. COLOR: The shower is available in white or bone and the grab bar is available in white, bone, or chrome.
