The 36 inch Transfer Shower, model XST 3938 BF. 5, is a one-piece gel-coat transfer shower with built-in grab bar and seat designed for use by individuals with lower extremity disabilities. A 90- degree self-trimming dry wall flange maximizes wheelchair turning radius, allowing closer and safer wheelchair-to-seat transfers. Steel plate reinforcements are standard for thermoplastic over steel grab bars and seat. This model offers a six-inch tile finish with diamond accents, a textured slip-resistant floor, a leg ledge and soap/shampoo ledges. The half- inch tri-cell wall construction creates exceptional structural strength. The handshower kit has nylon-reinforced hoses. No-Recess-Necessary, a standard feature on curbless models, is compatible with multi-level pre-cast flooring systems. The grab bars are available in a choice of textured or Fisher Shur-grip finishes. Seats are available in padded, HDPE Plastic, Phenolic Slat, Phenolic Solid, and Hewi. OPTIONS: Threshold apron is available in 0.5-inch, 0.75-inch, or two inches. A collapsible water retainer is available. A semi-permanent dam can be installed or removed depending on the user's abilities. Control valves from Symmons, Delta, Moen, and Powers provide easy-to-use and effective water temperature and pressure control. DIMENSIONS (HxLxW): 82 x 39.5 x 40. COLOR: The shower is available in white or bone. The grab bars are available in bone, white, or chrome. The water retainer is offered in white or gray.
