Picture of ADA TACTILE SIGN - EXIT (MODEL 368E) The ADA Tactile Sign - Exit, model 368E, is a braille and tactile access sign designed for use by individuals who use wheelchairs and individuals who are blind or have low vision. This plastic sign has a raised international access symbol (a stylized figure in a wheelchair) above the word EXIT, with a Grade 2 braille translation at the bottom. Signs are individually packed in a poly bag, and are fastened with double-sided pressure sensitive tape. DIMENSIONS (HxW): 8 x 6 x 0.13 inch thick. COLOR: Brown, black, or blue with white symbol and lettering.

Notes: The manufacturer states that this sign meets American National Standard Institute (ANSI) A156.16 L03201, and that the braille translation conforms to section 4.30 requirements.
