(Verified 11/2008) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Lightweight Telescoping Ramps are telescoping tracks designed to provide access over curbs and steps for individuals who use standard wheelchairs. These aluminum ramps lock in position and feature vinyl end pads and side rails for safety. The five-foot model includes a carrying bag that hangs on the back of the wheelchair. The five- and six-foot ramps come in two sections, while the other models have a height-adjustable third leg. DIMENSIONS: All models have a 4.75 inch inside clearance. The ramps are available in 5, 6, 8, or 10 feet long. The vertical height on the 8-foot model adjusts from 16 to 23 inches and the vertical height on the 10-foot model adjusts from 19 to 23 inches. CAPACITY: 350 pounds. WEIGHT: The 5-foot model weighs 16 pounds, the six-foot model weighs 19 pounds, the 8-foot model weighs 19 pounds, and the 10-foot model weighs 32 pounds.
