(Verified 12/2008) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Handilift, Model EN, is an interior or exterior wheelchair lift designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities. Features include an enclosed runway in an aluminum enclosure with steel gates/doors, and a choice of either steel, tempered glass, clear, or tinted plexiglass panels. Each enclosure is tailored to the exact vertical dimensions of the location and can include a dome or sloped roof. Safety features include electro-mechanical interlocks to prevent movement if the gate or door is not closed and locked, constant pressure control buttons, handrail, emergency stop and alarm button, final limit switch, and anti-slip flooring. POWER: Powered by a one horsepower motor with an Acme Screw drive system. OPTIONS: Two-hour fire-rated doors, call/send controls, exterior installation package. DIMENSIONS: 35 x 54 inches (890 x 1372 millimeters) or 35 x 48 (890 x 1220 millimeters) clear platform size. CAPACITY: 750 pounds. COLOR: Architectural white is standard. Seven optional colors and custom colors are available.
