Picture of VERTICAL PLATFORM LIFT The Vertical Platform Lift is a wheelchair lift designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. This customizable lift provides access to multiple floors with a travel speed of 25 feet per minute. Each lift has a non-slip platform surface, steel construction, an emergency lowering mechanism, a 1.5 horsepower motor, and a keyed call station. The lift is available in four models: standard, tall, plexiglass, and mobile. The Standard Vertical Platform Lift uses a hydraulic system to raise and lower the platform for indoor or outdoor use. Designed to provide access to the second story of buildings, the Tall Vertical Platform Lift has a door for access to the platform. The Plexiglas Vertical Platform Lift is enclosed in plexiglass, and is available with either a landing gate or a door for access. The Mobile Vertical Platform Lift can be rolled inside or outside buildings to create wheelchair access. DIMENSIONS (DxW): Platform is 54 x 34 inches. CAPACITY: 750 pounds. COLOR: Beige.
