(Verified 08/96) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Quick'n Easy Mounting System is a wheelchair accessory for mounting a communication device to the wheelchair frame. It provides a means to attach a communication device to a wheelchair at a height, depth, and angle that allows for optimum use. The system and board assembly swings to the side (Swing Away), or away and down (Swing Away/Fold Down) in seconds to rest beside the wheelchair. A Fold Down Laptray is also available with the system that can be used to support a communicator or to provide a table- like surface. The tray is made of clear plastic and can be mounted on either the left or the right side of the wheelchair. The Quick'n Easy can be used with touch activated devices, scanning systems, and most other communication devices. Systems for expanded keyboards, membrane boards, or unicorn boards are also available. Patent-pending mounting arm can attach to any part of the wheelchair frame. The Quick'n Easy comes with standard "S" tube for adaptations, but a straight tube is available.
