Picture of LEX Lex is a direct selection communicator designed for use by individuals with cognitive, communication, or speech disabilities. Three messages of up to 20 seconds each can be recorded and stored for single message playback. Messages can be recorded in any order. The device can be used as a stand-alone communication aid or paired with TalkingMyWay Object Communication cards (not included) to create talking schedules. The device can be used for multi-room communication stations, and can be attached to a wall or placed on a tray or table-top. The volume is adjustable. POWER: Uses 4 triple-A batteries (included). DIMENSIONS (HxLxW): 1.75 (at maximum slope) x 8.75 x 5.33 inches. The keypad is 5 x 7 inches.
