Can prevent interference from neighbors (4 different settings) and works from any place in your home. Requires purchasing of separate transmitters (depending upon what you want monitored); one receiver that sends messages about the sounds through the home wiring to all Lamp Modules (purchase of lamp modules depending upon how many rooms you need to be signalled in). Units available includes; Receiver that gets its messages from the transmitters and triggers all lamp modules (can plug lamp, fan or bed vibrator into the receiver socket); Lamp Module (plug your lamp into it); Smoke Detector (detects smoke and sends signal to your receiver - you can install any number of detectors, smart switches, lamp modules and wall outlets in your home and make it safe). The Smoke Detector is self-contained, no existing alarm required; Phone Module (Plugs into phone line and flashes lights plugged into system - can page people in different rooms, brighten and dim lights, etc.); Pocket Pager (carry around with you and press button which will tell receiver to signal Lamp Modules so can signal person in another room); Alarm Clock ( control center for bedroom. Wakes you up and can be programmed to control lights, etc.).
